Accepting New 2 Year old Funding

If you would like to secure a space for your child in the future, we will require a £30 deposit from you before hand so that their space is secure and guaranteed.

We do accept 2 year old funding from April 2024 as well as the 3-4 years funding. Our charges are £6.00 per hour for all funded that need extra hours for three- and four-year-old children who are in receipt of EYEF and for two-year-old children who aren’t entitled to the new 2 year old funding scheme and three-year-old children who are yet to qualify for EYEF,  there is also additional charge for the Lunch club which will also be an additional charge at £2.50.

Parents must ensure that they sign the Early Years Funding Form each term in order to receive all funding, if entitled. Following this, invoices are issued to those who are non-entitled at the middle of each month which must be paid in full by the end of each month. 
Payments are to be made online through bank transfer. We also accept child care vouchers and are registered for Tax-Free Childcare.
The administrator can arrange differing payment terms as required.
If payments are not received, the Pre-School reserves the right to withdraw hours which are non-funded and charge a late fee of £2.50 each week the payment is late being paid. When you go on holiday or there is sickness the fees and sessions are not refunded.
